Root48 is a title that captures the life and mission of Brian Hofmeister. Mark 4.8 tells of a seed that takes root in good soil, grows and multiplies thirty, sixty, or even a hundred times what it once was. By experiencing Jesus, needing each other, and making it all about someone else, the seeds of Jesus can have the same affect in us.
Brian’s Bio
Brian is a father, husband, pastor, small group coach/trainer, childhood cancer survivor, artist, and disc golfer. He wishes he was a sky diver and a swimmer, but does not have the guts to jump out of plane, or enough confidence to wear a speedo. Brian’s favorites include fresh Fall air, coffee shops with his wife, learning in dialog, and Chinese buffets (as long as they’re serving crab ragoons! Brian is employed as a Pastor of Spiritual Formation at Christ’s Church of the Capital District and graduated with a Masters in Divinity from Columbia International and a Bachelors from UW-Platteville.
