Written by Jude – probably Jesus’ brother, and probably wrote around AD 65, maybe as late as 80.

Very general audience – could have been written anyone of that day.
Setting
False teachers are living by evil desires and encourage others to do so being justified by grace.

To warn against false teachers who make light of sin because of grace.
